Antoine Boyer (1996) drank from the most authentic sources of gypsy jazz, being a disciple of such masters as Mandino Reinhardt and Francis-Alfred Moerman, with whom he recorded his first CD-DVD in 2009, which was acclaimed by French and American critics (Jazzman, Vintage Guitars). Antoine Boyer also performed Francis-Alfred Moerman's works in tribute concerts at the Angers Gypsy Swing festival in 2010, as well as the Django Reinhardt festival (Samois) in 2011.

Antoine Boyer's 2nd CD, Leské ('for him', in Sinti language) received several awards, among which Trad'Mag's 'Bravo'. In 2011, following the nuclear accident in Fukushima, Antoine Boyer organises a concert in Brussels to raise money for Act for Japan. Following the release of his 3rd CD, called Sita, which earned a 'Revelation' award from Jazzman magazine, Antoine Boyer was chosen as the « Revelation 2012 » by Guitarist Acoustic magazine. He is the first gypsy jazz guitarist to get this much sought distinction.

Antoine Boyer has been billed by most major gypsy jazz festivals in Europe and the United States. He has shared the stage with such renowned musicians as Stochelo Rosenberg, Philip Catherine, Angelo Debarre, Raphael Faÿs, Tim Kliphuis, Jon Larsen, Lollo Meier, Adrien Moignard, Robin Nolan, Paulus Schäfer, etc. In 2013, he participates in the recording of the CD « Rainbow Duets » with the bassist Ghali Hadefi. Samuel Rouesnel « Samuelito » was born in 1993 in Caen. He started classical guitar at seven at the Conservatoire of Caen (Normandy). He is very quickly fascinated by the the spanish guitar which lead him to the flamenco that he discovers through the cante (flamenco singing) and the guitar. At 9 he is initiated with the falsetas of Sabicas, Ramon Montoya and other great masters of the time. Then his meeting with the guitarist Ramon Sanchez makes him discover the modern shape of flamenco guitar, through the harmony and the techniques of Paco de Lucía.

Now installed in Paris, he is devoted to his various projects and compositions, being called to perform in many places in Europe. He received in 2012 the First Classical Prize of Guitar of the Competition of Albi, in 2013 the First Price of Flamenca Guitar of the Competition of Albi, and the same year the Second Price of the Classical Guitar Competition of Antony. He was also chosen as the « Revelation 2013 » by Guitarist Acoustic magazine. He finished the Pôle Supérieur de Musique of Paris in 2015, and the same year he
recorded his first EP, « Viajero ».

Samuel performs regularly in public, in solo or with other musicians, singers or dancers. Many meetings will influence his style and will affirm him as a musician: Ibrahim Maalouf, Kévin Seddiki, Vincent Ségal, Gérard Abiton, Roland Dyens, Juan Carmona, Antonio Rey, Jeronimo Maya, and many others. Antoine Boyer & Samuelito met in the Conservatoire de Paris in the classical guitar class of Gérard Abiton. They started to play together and to build a new duo project which mix their different influences, techniques and repertoire (jazz, flamenco, classical, pop...). They played their first concert together in the Issoudun Guitar Festival in 2014 for the « Révélations Guitarist Acoustic » concert. They won the 4th
European Guitar Award in Dresden (April 2016). Their motivation is to make a great and powerful meeting between their two guitar styles (steel and nylon) through the musics they love to play.
